Refund policy
Due to our products being perishable please note that, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
If your product arrives damaged due to shipment mishandling during transit or defective for any other reason, please email us at info@sprinklemania.com. Please include your order number as well as a photo showing the item damage and we will assess it and respond back to you on any resolution if it is deemed worthy.
Due to the seasonality of our products all issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt in order for us to provide resolution. Any claims made after 7 days of receipt will be denied.
